Rectification Effect of Non-Centrosymmetric Nb/V/Ta Superconductor

The superconducting diode effect in which electrical resistance is zero only one direction has recently been reported superconductors without inversion symmetry. Previous studies investigated the nonreciprocity of critical current, but little known about rectification when AC currents are applied. Herein, we examined characteristics a non-centrosymmetric Nb/V/Ta artificial superlattice under currents. strength can be modulated by an applied magnetic field, and its polarity tuned field. Furthermore, find that field dependence different from nonreciprocal current.
